Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel area, is now looking for Professional Desktop Support Analyst.
This is a contractual role starting in October 2018 until end of January 2019.
Responsibilities:
- Exchange Windows 7 with Windows 10 computers
- Data & configuration backup
- Deployment of Windows 10 computers with subsequent data- configuration restore
- If required, manual installation of software according to installation instructions
- Working with Ticket Tool HP Service Manager/Service Now
Must Have:
- +5 years of working experience in similar environments
- Good trained in IT support, completed an IT apprenticeship
- Computer support knowledge and roll-out experience (minimum 1 year of experience)
- German (proficient level)
- English (advanced level)
Nice to Haves:
- Any Microsoft or Windows 10 certificates
