Programme Manager with profound Global Launch knowledge wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- Master degree from University or Engineering School in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
- 10+ years of practice as a Consultant, preferably in Disruptive Innovation based organisations with experience in life sciences companies or direct-to-consumer brands
- Prior experience in Project Management, including coordinating several project managers and managing B2C projects
- Familiarity with disruptive models and radical innovation for the rest of innovation
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Building a global launch masterplan and performing update as well as execution tracking
- Managing meetings agenda, ensuring relevant governance bodies are scheduled for each decision
- Handling risks and issues as well as evaluating the impact of changes in the planning of the project or the work stream
- Ensuring that proper project methodologies, tools and best practices are implemented in all projects in scope and supervising the alignment of project plans, managers and team activities
- Conducting the deployment and training of all project planning tools and ensuring decision sharing within the organisation, including presenting mitigation plans and alternatives to the Brand Committee for decision making
