IT Network Manager (m/f)

Overview:
A client of mine is a successful family-owned business, which operates globally in more than 15 countries; focusing on development, production and marketing of carious climate control solutions. Currently, they are looking for an experienced IT Network Manager to join their team in the Aargau area, Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and change management within the network domain
System and network security (including capacity planning)
Requirement clarifications for new products and services
Management of technical documentation
Project coordination in the areas of Network and Telecommunications
Network (LAN/WAN/WLAN Services)
Operation of LAN services in two locations in Switzerland
Definition, validation and implementation of security measures in collaboration with Information Security Officer (Firewall, Reverse Proxy, VPN, Web Proxy)
Definition and management of group-wide standards
Asset life cycle management (Software, Hardware, etc.)
Proactive management of network and security
Telecommunications (PBX/VoIP Services)
Requirement clarification and solution analysis with stakeholders
Coordination of changes and projects in cooperation with external suppliers
Analysis and validation of VoIP/PBX/Architectures
Your experience and skills:
Higher education in Computer/Information Science
Proven track record of network experience
Experience with CISCO network (Routing, Switching, WLAN), CCNA
Good knowledge of security solutions and authentication architectures
Good knowledge and experience with SIP and VoIP/Skype for Business Integration, Cloud-PBX and outsourcing
Experience and knowledge of LAN, WAN, WLAN architecture design
Experience with tender management for network services
Fluent in German and English
Independent, accurate and reliable work ethic
