On behalf of our client, a leading private bank in Zürich, we are looking for a German speaking Windows Rollout Coordinator/Assistant with proven experience in rollout project administration tasks. Main responsibilities:
- Deliver regular reports on Windows 10 rollout
- Preparation of management presentation, planning documents and meeting minutes
- Execution of virtual desktop deployments
- Support of Windows 10 deployment on physical clients
- Processing e-mails to group mailbox, processing project related tickets in ticketing tool (HP Service Manager)
- Handle recurring and monitoring tasks in Rollout Tool (Dashworks)
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of working experience as a Rollout Coordinator/Assistant with project administration tasks
- Extensive experience in planning, coordinating and completing a number of different tasks and setting priorities in accordance with objectives
- Strong experience in IT desktop projects
- Good experience working in a high-paced environment, result-driven way of working, and ability to get things done
- Very good competency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite tools
- Experience in working out of office hours/over weekends or at night
- Strong communication skills (towards all management, end users, project team) with fluency in English and German
