PMO - Windows 10 Rollout wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • 2+ years' working experience in similar roles for project administration tasks
  • Know-how of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Expertise in IT desktop projects
  • Familiarity with coordinating and planning different tasks
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Languages: fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Providing regular reports on Windows 10 rollout
  • Preparing and organising management presentation, documents and meetings
  • Performing VDI deployments and monitoring tasks in Rollout Tool (Dashworks)
  • Assisting with Windows 10 deployment on clients
  • Working on e-mails as well as project related tickets in ticketing tool
