For one of our clients - a renowned bank located in the German-speaking part of Switzerland - we are looking for a SharePoint Administrator for a long-term contract.
Your tasks:
- designing, provisioning and management of SharePoint (current version onsite is 2013) farms, as well as their service applications
- management of SharePoint Enterprise Search Services and the wider search corpus
- promotion and demotion of SharePoint Sites and related artefacts (eg content types) across environments
- adhering and contributing to change management to maintain synchronisation across productive and non-productive environments
The ideal candidate would bring:
- experience of managing work items on both a project and program basis
- proven experience of deploying and managing multiple productive SharePoint farms
- strong knowledge of SharePoint 2013 and 2016
- experience of synchronising SharePoint environments
- ability to work with other IT teams to co-ordinate changes within the IT infrastructure
- hands-on experience of migrations
- good knowledge of SharePoint 2013 Search and SharePoint's security model
- knowledge of security and encryption practices to secure farms and services
- strong PowerShell skills
- Hands-on troubleshooting experience
