Senior Java Developer
Main Tasks:
-Specifying, designing, developing and introducing software for hardware-related systems in control engineering and robotics.
-Create complex algorithms (eg, for parallel or distributed processes in time-critical systems)
-Investigating new or changed requirements for their feasibility and complexity and their effects on existing or planned systems, standards and guidelines (Requirement Engineering)
-Examine solution alternatives and verify feasibility
-Defining the required technical and human resources, the software architecture, the interfaces and the database systems
-Create or select the appropriate software development methods, techniques, standards, guidelines, and tools
-Create models for data, functions and/or objects
-Examine and analyze software for security risks; Initiate and implement the necessary measures; Conduct risk analysis in software systems
-Implement software
-Defining and agreeing service levels
-analysing faults, ensuring third-level support; Initiate and monitor the escalation procedures
-Defining product/software versions
-Maintain documentation (requirement analysis, data models, software code, etc.)
Requirements:
-In-depth knowledge of the subject as well as knowledge in neighboring disciplines
-Five or more years of professional experience in Java Development
-Carries out orders independently and can expertly guide experienced persons
-Ability to professional project management
-Can be classified as a cadre within a larger company, but without direct management responsibility
Education:
-B.Sc or Masters in Computer Science or in IT or in similar Field
Languages:
-Fluent in English and German
