Gazelle Global is currently recruiting for an Axway API Gateway engineer position in Zurich for a 6months + long project.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for management/administration of the Axway platform and API, setting up API policies and Certificates
* Securing the interfaces with external entities
* Troubleshooting issues
* Providing Operational support for the API administration (on need basis)
* Work with the data integration and application teams to understand & support their requirements.
Need to have:
* Expertise in API management with Axway API Gateway platform (mandatory)
* Strong Security IT background
* Proficient in Scripting Java, Perl, Shell and experience with common Unix/Linux utilities, diagnostics, and monitoring tools
* Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
* Excellent analytical and documentation skills
* Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
* Experience in Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and Web Services
Good to have
* Banking/Financial Services or Card services experience is a plus
* Certification in Axway API management and administration
German language proficiency preferred.
