Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel area, is now looking for a Professional Desktop Support Analyst.
This is a contractual role starting in August until December 2018.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and qualification of client infrastructure in the manufacturing area )label printers, barcode scanners)
- 2nd Level field support
- Be the contact for customer for new requests/demand
- Once onboard on call support
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners
Must Have:
+5 years of relevant experience in supporting IT infrastructure
Excellent know-how in Windows OS and installation of different applications
Experience in working with IT Quality
