Job DescriptionResolution of global and local complaints and inquiries
Assuming full accountability for the management of individual cases (Inquiries & Complaints) in our bloodgas business according to regulatory and ISO Quality system requirements and needs of the Country Organizations in a timely manner
Collecting all relevant data and evaluating each escalated complaint to determine if investigation is needed
Resolving cases and preforming correct processing and documentation for individual's cases according to applied medical standards and quality system
Must Haves
University degree in technical or scientific area
One or more years of work experience in industrial quality assurance or similar, Medical Device R&D, or Operations related functions
Windows and MS Office Know-How
Working in international Teams
Organization
Proficient English
