    • Responsible for implementation of services in the ISP network and provide 2nd level support for customers

    • Business Service assurance
    • Customers Service assurance
    • 5 years of experience in network operation and management Information Science
    • Hands-on experience with Cisco, Routers, DSLAMs
    • Know-how in the following protocols and technologies: IP, TCP/UDP, IPv4, IPv6, BGPv4, PPP
    • Solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
    • Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
    • German - Fluent spoken and written
    • English - Fluent spoken and written
    • CCNA
