In this role you will work within the Digital and New Technology area for Commercial International Program business.
The hands-on Project Manager we are looking for will lead a specific project within the Digital and New Technology area for our client's Commercial International Program business. At the core is the re-launch of a portal and thus the digital experience for the external customer. The project scope has high visibility.
Your Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience as Project Manager within the Financial Services or Insurance industry, preferably with a focus on Digital Design / Portal Solutions
• 4+ years of experience in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivery
• Experience with Business Intelligence BI and Qliksense is highly preferred
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate would be plus
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
Your Responsibilities:
• Act as the main contact point for the relaunch of the portal and establishment of a new digital channel and customer experience
• Manage internal and external relationships with business partners and suppliers as required Internal
• Balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service or result
• Adapt to and apply different delivery methodologies including Scrum, Waterfall
