Administrative Assistant

Experis IT Switzerland is urgently on the search for an experienced Assistant to join our Client - international company.

Project details: providing full administrative support to EMEA Head.

Key Requirements:

  • Directly support senior management in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Document and prepare recurring departmental and regional management meetings
  • Take care of the logistics related to meetings/conferences and travels.
  • Answer any administrative requests coming in
  • Create, maintain and communicate information related to the management team and department
  • Create and communicate presentation material on demand
  • Manage stationery stock
  • Upon request, help foreign assistants/colleagues with local issues (eg local events) and logistics

Your profile:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with senior managers
  • English - very good written and spoken/German is a plus
  • Excellent managing and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Quality and time minded, especially without supervision
  • Adaptability to new assignments thanks to:
    . Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
    . Basic knowledge of financial and banking concepts
  • Commercial apprenticeship/Several years of experience as senior administrative support or executive assistant

Location: Zurich

Duration: 6 months contract
