For a project at our client ‘s site in Zug, we are looking for aGerman speaking Change Manager (5478)
In this role, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Your Qualifications:
• Deep experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experienced working with large-scale organizational change efforts
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
• Change management certification or designation desired
• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
• Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in German and English
Your Responsibilities:
• Define Training Strategy, Training catalog for SAP users & Execution path classrooms, e-learning methods and training material
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Consult and coach project teams
• Support and engage senior leaders
• Coach managers and supervisors
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Integrate change management activities into the project plan
• Track and report issues
