Your team

You'll be working in the Legal and Investigations IT delivery team in Switzerland.

We are a dynamic and growing team based primarily in Zurich Altstetten but are spread over a number of smaller locations in Zurich and globally. We deliver technology solutions to both Group General Counsel and Group Investigations using state of the art software both from major vendors in the field and in-house developments. The Legal (Group General Counsel) and Investigations area is a hot bed for new technology. In the current environment, we are working on projects in areas such as Big Data and Analytics, Automation and also looking at the use of Artificial Intelligence in Legal and Investigations processes.
Your experience and skills
You have:

- 10+ Years development and engineering experience in a corporate environment.
- A background in Windows technology, experience in integrating Microsoft and third party applications into a complex and restricted environment ideally using Citrix.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft application stacks: Windows Server, IIS and SQL Server
- Strong organizational skills, preferably having worked in and lead teams using an agile approach
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in the area of Incident and Problem management.
You are:
- An excellent communicator, assertive and trustworthy with strong team skills
- Known for a can-do approach when tackling difficult tasks
- Have a willingness to learn and challenge yourself in new areas of knowledge
- Fluent in English with German being an advantage
Work Experience: Minimum 10 Years
Scope and complexity of role:

Level 5 staff have extensive (technical) expertise within their functional area. They ensure that processes, deliverables and responsibilities are fully aligned with strategic priorities that they shape together with colleagues. They focus on product/process/service enhancement and optimization and know how to increase the return on their various products and processes. They work to create partnerships by increasing the depth and breadth of existing internal and external client relationships and can marshal appropriate internal expertise and resources across the business to meet these clients' needs.

Autonomy:

Level 5 staff operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability and are role models to others.

Organizational impact:

Level 5 staff contribute considerably to the achievement of financial results, secure cost and efficiency savings and progress the bank's reputation and consider associated risks. They have strategic impact through a key function within a business unit or a major department.
