We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Desktop Support Engineer to join a well-established organisation in Lucerne, Switzerland.
The successful candidate will have the following skills,knowledge and experience:
*Microsoft office, office 365, windows operating system
*Microsoft sharepoint
*VMware
*Cisco IOS
*Apple iOS, Apple macOS
*Change management, demand management, event management
*Incident and problem management
*Release & Deployment Management
*Service Validation & Testing
*Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Virtualization Technology
*Technical writing, Project management
*Audio & Video, Cloud, Data Centre, Network, Printing, Mobile/VoIP
*Fluent in German and English, a knowledge of French would also be an asset
*5 years' proven experience
*Degree level education or equivalent
