Beschreibung
Role Purpose:
Project Officers provide pro-active administration support to their (project or program) manager using agreed project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project/Program administration
- Organization of team meetings/workshop logistics
- Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation
Key requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Administrator or Coordinator
- Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
- Very good command MS Office tools, especially MS Excel
Key Deliverables:
- Project plan creation and maintenance
- Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
- Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project
