Beschreibung

Role Purpose:

Project Officers provide pro-active administration support to their (project or program) manager using agreed project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project/Program administration
  • Organization of team meetings/workshop logistics
  • Support in the production and maintenance of project documentation

Key requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Administrator or Coordinator
  • Excellent English skills, German is an advantage
  • Very good command MS Office tools, especially MS Excel

Key Deliverables:

  • Project plan creation and maintenance
  • Project status reports and financial forecasts required as part of project control
  • Documentation and tracking of project risks, issues, action logs and project
