Looking for an Test Analyst with the following responsibility & skill set:
In the role of Test Analyst, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes.
Should be proficient in English and fluent in German language.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technical and Functional Test Analyst
- Test planning, creating test scenarios and documentation writing
- Prepare SQL queries for test data management, execution of tests
- Providing test evaluation summaries and reporting
- Perform functional tests, regression tests both Black Box and White Box(in some cases) testing
- Analyse business requirements and prepare tests accordingly
- Work with production support team and test hot fixes and bug fixes
- Collaboration with multiple stake holders and work with Global teams
- Support automation testers and contribute to test automation
- Create reusable artefacts, knowledge base and maintain it
Technical Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in testing
- QA experience and passion for everything about testing
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent SQL skills and comfortable in writing SQL statements
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Experience in Insurance
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - client facing role
- Exposure to Automation (any tools) would be preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in testing strategy/test Design
- ISTQB/ISEB foundation or higher
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Duration: 12 months + possible extension
Language requirement: English (mandatory), German (mandatory)
Start date: ASAP
