IT Infrastructure Support - Service Desk Engineer - Contract - Zurich
Technical profile:
* Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 r2/2016
* Active Directory, DNS, and group policy
* Good experience with administration of the following MS Technologies:
o Exchange 2013 server
o SQL
o System Center 2016 (SCCM/DPM)
o Hyper-V 2012 R2
o IIS Web Farms )
* Very good experience with Windows 7/10 Clients and MS Application stack
* Good working knowledge with state of the art IT ticketing systems (eg Service Now)
* Support mainly LEVEL 1 and 2 Incidents
* Used to work/navigate in Datacentres (smaller infra tasks - patching logic, change disks, drives and NICs)
Essential experience and skills
* Fluent English,
* Team player
* Very good client/end user communication skills
* Not afraid of getting their hands dirty
* General out of office hours availability is not a problem
* Able to work in demanding environments
Desirable experience and skills
* German is an advantage
* Experience in the financial sector (banks, insurance companies)
