German/English speaking IT Support (Basel)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Basel, we are looking for a German and English speaking IT Supporter.

Role:
- You'll be working within the Local Support Desk team which is responsible for the pre-personalisation of all Secure Pass and Smartcards for all employees of the client.
- Tasks cover Desktop Support, Issuing, packing and sending out Secure Pass and Smartcards
- Plan, execute and track all the new requests with the Issuing Tools
Skills:
- Flair for IT with at least 2 years of experience
- Experience working in similar role
- Familiarity with following support services: HW desktop/notebook, Windows environment, Microsoft Office & UBS core applications
- Passion to drive things forward
- Written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Customer service experience with a good capability of understanding client needs
- Confident communicator who can explain technology to technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent in German and English
