L2/2nd Line IT Support (German speaker)
Looking for a change of scenery or just a change?
I am currently hiring a German speaking L2/2nd Line IT Support Consultant for a Global clients Volketswil, Zurich location on a minimum 3 to 6 month contract, with extensions offered based on performance.
- Desktop Support experience
- 2nd level support on problems with Windows, Office, Lotus Notes
- Help on deeper Hardware issues with iPhone, iPad or Laptop
- Prepare Leasing Devices (eg Laptops) to be sent out
- Configure Leasing Devices to be sent out for Home Offices use
