Senior Axway API Engineer is required by my client based in Zurich for a nine month contract.
The Senior Axway API Engineer will be responsible for the following:
- Operational support and administration of the Axway API
- Management of API
- Setting up API policies and certificates
- Working with data integration and application teams to understand and support their requirements
Skills and experience required for the Axway API Engineer:
- Expertise in API management in particular with Axway platform
- Experience with Unix/Linux utilities, diagnostics and monitoring tools
- Experience with system configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Experience in SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) concepts and web services.
Previous experience with Scripting Java, Perl or Shell would be highly advantageous, as would German speaking skills.
