Price & Quality Reporting Data Consultant

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an PQR Data Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
You will be required to provide support to the maintenance of the PQR database and provide PQR users support. The PQR Data Consultant will also provide where necessary, some basic database maintenance tasks such as adding products, historical information and reference prices and training materials if required.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PQR users by providing timely replies to queries and requests (online and through training upon request)
- Prepare reports in BI/Tableau system to facilitate use of PQR data in grant management
- Manage the ongoing system maintenance, in particular:
- Review, validate and correct records based upon invoices submitted by recipients
- Monitor data quality (quarantine system, review of outliers)
- Monitor LFA verification rates
- support products catalogue update, QA histories
- Identify bugs and workarounds
- Review invoice against entries, as needed
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- BSc Degree - Computer science, Statistics, Maths, Data analysis, Logistics
- At least 5 years' experience in one of the following fields:
- Statistics
- Data management
- BI
- Proven skills in MS Excel
- Knowledge of software and tools for data collection (computerized Management information system), analytics, visualization
- Excel, SQL, Tableau skills are required).
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French would be beneficial
Please note that this role is for one day per week, until the end of 2018.
