For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for experiencedRobotic Process Automation Configurator - Automation Anywhere (5125)
In this role, you will perform full integration testing and walkthroughs with business SMEs, log and track defect resolution, track changes, feedback for lessons learned/best practice.
Your Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in systems configuration/development, with knowledge of object-oriented programming languages (e.g. C++, Java)
- Experience with configuring Robotic Process Automation tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Cicero Open Span)
- Strong understanding of topics like APIs, SQL programming, client-server architecture
- Good understanding of technical business analysis and agile software development methodologies
- Knowledge in process modeling, requirements engineering (e.g. UML, BPMN 2.0)
- Able to travel depending on project needs
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Fluent in English, German is a big plus
Your Responsibilities:
- Engages with process analyst and business SME (Subject Matter Expert) to walk through agreed solution design and capture requirements for SDD (Solution Design Document)
- Conduct TFTs (Technical Feasibility Tests) as required to validate Automation Anywhere compatibility of the process at keystroke/button/field level with the process/system(s)
- Documents the design of the solution "to-be" at keystroke level for the SDD
- Codes configures and unit tests the robot in line with the latest version of the internal standards as defined by CoE (Developer Guidelines)
- Supports the business in defining the UAT scenarios and the required data that meet the expected outputs from the SDD
- Performs full integration testing and walkthroughs with business SMEs, log and track defect resolution, track changes, feedback for lessons learned/best practice
- Update SDD and code with any changes as result of testing and runs feedback loops with the Solution Specialist
- Participate in Robot Operator walkthrough of the robot process with key stakeholders to validate and sign-off the process is ready for live deployment
- Prepare Business as usual documentation to include a Technical Design Document outlining the coding logic and also an Operational Manual outlining pre-requisite functional settings and configurations
- Maybe called upon to provide support for incident and change management when in production
