Technical Genesys Integration Expert wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years' working experience in the relevant field
- Proficiency of Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge
- Integration experience of Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and synthesizing skills
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Verifying setup besides the IT department, Infrastructure and 3rd party vendor
- Reviewing current and target set up for the Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, IT, Telephony and 3rd party vendor
- Extending knowledge transfer from different 3rd party vendors
- Ability to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
