Data Center (Operations/Linux Level 1)
A Data Center (Operations/Linux Level 1) for one of my clients in Zug, Switzerland. To support the Tier 1 data centre locations with onsite staffing during business hours. sites as Weston, Cambridge, Hillerod, and Solothurn. Provide 24/7 on call support for all locations. Dispatch within the hour to Tier 1 sites. Within 1 weekday to other sites if required to support restoration of services. Developing, maintain, and communicate escalation Matrix with VENDOR.

Provide general oversight of building Data Center maintenance activities as required such as, but not limited to Janitorial, Landscaping, Roof, pest control, landscaping, lighting, electrical systems, physical security systems, warehouse equipment, tools, cooling systems, doors, plumbing, raised floor and carpet, fire suppression, etc
