Application and Support Specialist | 6 months | Winterthur | Sharepoint, Dynamics, Outlook
Square One are actively seeking an English speaking Application and Support specialist for an initial 6 month contract working with one of our major clients based near Winterthur. They are looking for this to be a long term engagement with the potential of bringing the successful consultant in on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient application support for global and locval applications
- Manage and execute the application incident and change process
- Evailuation and testing of tools
- Process and Document hardware incidents and request:
- VIP Support
- Manage and executre small/medium sized projects
- Purchase IT Equipment
- Manage IT Stock of CH sites
- Create, develop and maintain operational documentation and procedures
- Provide user training for IT services and guidelines
- Propose improvements to ensure high quality and cost efficient IT Services
