10-12 Yrs. The position is for an experienced Business Analyst to work within the Wealth Management Global Technology Team in Geneva, supporting the CRM program
Experience in Salesforce: Apex, Visualforce, triggers/validation rules, core/custom objs, security settings, Data Loader
Understanding of .XML principles
Strong database knowledge, SQL/SoQL
Experience in/understanding of CRM, Cloud technologies
Experience in/understanding of financial area, banking aspects as a plus
Experience in Wave Analytics Cloud a plus
Experience in Lightning UI as a plus"
Following skills are REQUIRED in the prospective candidate:
Salesforce administration
Close collaboration with Developers
Business Users support
Deployment of releases, CI support
Data Governance activities (migration/updates/duplicates)
QA activities
Proven track record of coordinating hi tech product launches across organizational departments is preferred
Communication expertise- communicate the right message in the right context. And you can deliver your message in different mediums and formats including emails, meetings, presentations, etc.
Experience with JIRA is a plus
Salesforce Experience will be preferred
