Senior PMO - IT Infrastructure (5147)

The PMO will act as a partner for IT Project & Program Managers and will align deliverables to project methodology in support of the PMO.

Your Qualifications:

- Senior PMO ideally with experience in IT Information Security projects in Financial and/or Banking industry
- Experienced with controlling project financials (accruals, invoicing, staff costs)
- Advanced Excell skills (pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups) and good Clarity PPM know-how
- Good understanding of IT functions
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Fluent in English (oral and written)

Your Responsibilities:

- Project plan structuring, scheduling and leveling in MS Project incl. resource allocation, tracking and forecasting and dependency and milestones tracking
- Assistance in a program business case development and benefits tracking
- Timely record keeping and follow up for capital and fixed price contract tracking
- Maintain project financials forecasts and project accounting
- Ensure compliance with PM and Risk Management Methodology; concise and accurate risk and issue monitoring and management
- Project progress and status reporting
- Support program and project governance meetings
