For a project at our client‘s site, a biopharmaceutical company based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a moitvated

French speaking Junior IT Specialist - Manufacturing (5129)

Your Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in help-desk and specifically in the manufacturing area or quality systems support
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the regulatory pharmaceutical environment (GxP)
- ITIL Foundations certification would be a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing environment and supporting technologies would be a plus
- Diploma in Business, Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel independently and possession of a driver's license is required (driving distance of 25 minutes between the two sites)
- Fluent in French and English

Your Responsibilities:

-IT 2nd level support in French by phone of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and its supporting hardware such as desktops, label printers, bar code readers
- IT support and administration of the Production, Laboratory and Quality related systems such as Chromatography, Room Monitoring System (RMS) etc.
- Communicate and escalate to 3rd level support, management or vendors in English
- Documentation authoring such as Work Practice (WPR) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Handling of Deviations, Corrective & Preventive Actions and Change Control
- IT Incident, Problem Management according to ITIL best practices
- Participation required to duty services in place to cover production 2 shifts
