Windows C#/.NET Engineer for Active Directory (IT Security)
On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a .NET Engineer as part of the IT Security team to support and provide engineering solutions for Microsoft MIM/SCORCH. Role:
- We are looking for a motivated software developer or system engineer, with Active Directory/Identity and Access Management experience
- Designs and implements applications/solutions in the wide area of Identity and Access Management that interact with directory services (Active Directory), inventory and configuration management systems and electronic workflow
- Transfers requirements into technical solutions that are integrated into a heterogeneous and highly automated infrastructure
- Performs solution design and program Scripting/coding as well as creating SW packages and configuration scripts
- Performs problem analysis and is part of the supporting team when providing 3rd level support to IT Operations
The team:
- The team's goal is to engineer Identity and Access Management solutions to all business areas globally.
- Within the Directory Services area, our Technical Specialists are designing, developing and maintaining solutions delivered on the Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) 2010 or Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 (MIM) and System Center Orchestrator 2016 platforms (SCORCH).
- Our ecosystem is supporting over 60,000 users.
Skills:
- Over 7 years of development or engineering experience on Windows C#/.NET
- Proven experience and excellent understanding of Active Directory and its role in identity management
- Strong Powershell experience
- Ability to handle complex challenges using strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Awareness of challenges of a highly complex IT infrastructure in an international company where process automation is a main requirement
- Committed to excellence and quality, thriving for finding the best and simplest solutions
- Hands-on experience on Windows Server and MS SQL Server
- Advanced database design and Transact-SQL skills (SQL Stored Procedures, SSIS, Creation of SQL tables/views, Linked SQL Server)
- Demonstrated knowledge of FIM/MIM Portal, FIM Synchronization Service, Microsoft System Center Orchestrator will be a big plus
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English are essential
