Technical Security Analyst | 6 months | Luzern | Fortinet, Checkpoint, CISSP
Square One are actively looking for an experienced Technical Security Analyst for an initial 6 month contract working with a major client of ours based in Luzern, Switzerland.
This successful candidate will be responsible for the operational support of the Global Technical Security Architecture.
The position encompasses:
Provide operational support (2nd& 3rd line) of the technical security infrastructure (Forti, Check Point, Symantec MSS, AV, Forti Sandboxing, etc.) across the group
General administration of the Fortinet & Check Point infrastructure
Escalate and manage issues affecting Group wide systems
Create and review technical designs, ensuring conformance to standards and design choices
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations and decisions; build solid business cases for investment decisions
Manage changes to existing Technical Security platforms.
Also requires experience in:
Global IT Infrastructure with multiple country implementation
Global IT Service Management, Service Operation and continual service improvement
Global MPLS, Checkpoint Firewalls and Enterprise Management (Provider-1), Cisco ESA, Checkpoint Endpoint, Two Factor Authentication, Forward and Reverse Proxy Technologies, Antivirus
Strong technical analysis skills
Risk and change management
We look for candidates:
10+ years' experience in operating large scale IT infrastructure on a global scale
Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
Accreditation with recognized Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2)
Industry specific qualifications (Fortinet, Checkpoint & or CISSP etc.)
