IT Support Analyst wanted for our Basel based client.Your experience / skills:
- At least 1-2 years of proven in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience working in an End-User support position
- Solid experience with troubleshooting and logging files analysis
- Knowledge in SQL would be a big plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as self-starter and quick learner abilities are a must
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, any other languages would be a big plus
Your tasks:
- Providing front-line primary technical support to End Users for a set of products that are business critical
- Respond to, document and resolve service tickets according to internal and external SLA's
- Escalating issues to other IT staff members
- Providing input to development teams for problem prevention
