My client a leading consultancy is seeking a Technical Discoverer to join their team.
As the Technical Discoverer you will be tasked with producing installation documents for software requests prior to packaging. Also you will be responsible for troubleshooting of application error messages during installation
Key skills and experience
o Knowledge of the Application Logistics Lifecycle
o General Windows support and configuration experience
o Good Communication skills, written and verbal.
o Ability to perform App Compatibility snapshots
o Knowledge of MSI and/or App - V technologies
o Basic knowledge of VBScript
o Ability to undertake complex multi - layered application dependency investigation.
