Our client, a leading bank in Switzerland, is looking for an Administrator to join their team for an initial 24-month contract, with the potential of a permanent position.
Your responsibilities
- Order and maintain FIS applications and services (Financial Information Services/Market Data)
- Request, check and process invoices and contracts
- Capture all user and cost-relevant data in FinOffice5 (database)
- Data maintenance of FinOffice5
- Create reports for internal use and external suppliers
- User support
- Participation in the optimization of FIS applications/services/costs
Your background
- Affinity with numbers
- Ability to learn quickly
- Reliable and independent work under time pressure
- MS Excel/Word skills
- Database knowledge
- Customer Service experience
- Previous experience with Financial Information Services, Market Data, FinOffice5 or equivalent database is considered a bonus
- German and English
