Edelway is a Swiss IT and Pharma professional services company.
We are actively looking for a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join our global pharmaceutical client in Basel, Switzerland.
Role Purpose:
- Define the architecture of key IT service management processes, supporting a team of internals in the analysis and conceptual design phase
- Provide senior subject matter and technical expertise as well as coaching to the technical team in charge of the build of the new IT Service Management processes on Service Now
- Provide best practices and advisory to support the internal team in making the required design decisions on the set up of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Define the governance model for the future operations of the CMDB in order to overcome the current challenges; bring in external best practices of similarly sized companies
- Manage senior stakeholders (CIO-1)
- Provide senior advisory on Service Now tool features in the area of ITSM processes and CMDB design
Requirements:
- Highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow Architect which successfully performed similar role in multiple major ServiceNow ITSM delivery projects in major, complex multinational companies
- Team work and team motivation in a challenging IT environment
- High affinity to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
