We are looking for an experienced Swiss/German and English Speaking Level 2 Desktop Engineer in Switzerland, Dubendorf.
For an urgent contract starting on month contract role.
Job description:
(a) Microsoft certified System Administrator in XP/WIN 7/Win 10
(b) Experience supporting HP, Canon and Xerox printers
(c) Good working knowledge of Active Directory
(d) 1+ years' experience providing technical support in a fast paced and constantly changing environment up to executive management level.
(e) Excellent customer service and communication skills including providing VIP support
(f) Experience supporting large Windows-based environments to desktop level with emphasis on Win 7 OS/office 2010 as well as Win 10 and O365
(g) Support video conferencing units.
(h) Support of mobile devices
(i) Hands and feet support for Server, Storage, Backup & Network equipment
(j) Experience in troubleshooting basic application issues, and also deeper diagnosis under direction from remote teams
