Support Level 2 - Sales Analytics and TAPI wanted for our Zurich based client in the technology sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' working experience along with 1+ year IT background, ideally within a Financial organization
- Strong background in a service orientated environment
- Competency of Unix as well as Windows Server including handling files, searching logs and checking processes
- Know-how of SQL querying (Oracle/Microsoft SQL)
- Charles River knowledge would be advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
Your tasks:
- Providing 1st Level Business and Technical Support on a wide variety of software applications
- Analysing incidents and problems as well as contributing to the teams delivery to the business clients and technical stakeholders
- Collaborating with key stakeholders from the relevant areas particularly within application development and the business community for providing a single point of contact for IT issues
- Leading major incidents to ensure that incidents which may have an adverse impact are appropriately escalated and resolved
- Driving improvements across software applications including automation and monitoring
