Beschreibung

For one of our banking clients, Harvey Nash is looking for a (Senior) Internal Recruiter (6months +, Zurich)

Your tasks:

  • Producing high quality market mapping and target lists of relevant candidates for specific search assignments and future pipelining
  • Identification and acquisition of the most qualified and experienced potential candidates by using different sourcing channels, such as social media, networks, associations, approved websites, direct sources, UBS's database and employee referrals
  • Plan and conduct effective research activities, candidate pipelining and succession solutions; build-up and maintain close relationships with long term prospects
  • Ongoing monitoring of the market and potential candidates; provide extensive market knowledge and proactive advice to the recruiting organization
  • Interact with and be part of the wider global research team
  • Contributing to and maintaining various reports
  • Work closely with business aligned recruiter and the business globally
  • Development of tools and processes within the sourcing team

Your professional profile:

  • As the ideal candidate you will have previous professional experience as a Researcher or Recruiter with an executive search firm and/or derived from an in-house background delivering into Financial Services/
  • Wealth Management sector. Emerging markets experience would be a bonus but is not essential.
  • Strong social media user (Xing, LinkedIn Recruiter); very good skills in MS Office and other major software applications
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.
  • Expert knowledge of candidate research, direct search activities and market cultivation.
  • Strategic and creative thinking as well as high integrity and compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
