On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious financial institutions, we are looking for an Assistant in EAM Desk/Client Onboarding. For this 12 months position based in Geneva, our client is looking for an English and French speaking candidate, who is available as soon as possible.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible to collect the data within the project
- Responsible to pre check, transfer data from CRM to KYC Upgrade tool, post check KYC when upgraded by EAM
- Processing of EAM/EFA/end-client instructions/enquiries incl. signature check & quality assurance
- Execution of single & bulk orders, trades, payments, forex transactions, trustee deposits, etc.
- Documentation of e-mail & telephone instructions and tracking dossiers
Who I am looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Assistant in EAM desk, Private Banking or alternatively in client onboarding (client account department)
- Banking experience and diploma (minimum CFC) is a must
- Knowledge of KYC requirement and deep understanding of regulatory topics
- Excellent knowledge of banking and investment products
- Fluent in French and English, other languages would be an asset
