Our client, a global financial services company, is looking for a Helpdesk and Desktop support analyst to join their Geneva team.
You will be responsible for assisting with business user queries both face to face and remotely within a service desk function. You will be the first point of contact for all staff with technology queries and issues and be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the business as well as promoting best practice and offering practical help and advice.
You should have:
- Excellent communication skilks
- Previous desktop or helpdesk support experience
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products including Windows 7, Office, Active Directory and Exchange
Initially this position will be offered as a 7 month contract with the option to extend.
