For our client in Zurich we are currently looking for a Application Support Analyst.
Responsibilities:

Providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for software related issues to users and customers

Initiation of appropriate actions for reported issues on released software products
-
Identification and maintenance of a list of most critical issues in the field based on severity/frequentness
-
Contribution and anticipation of potential issues with new or future operating system versions
-
Escalate complex issues to the 3rd Level Support team
Your profile:
-
Unix/Linux knowledge
-
Scripting skills (eg Shell Scripting)
-
SQL knowledge would be beneficial
-
Experience in the financial industry
