Regional Strategic Buyer IT wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain or equivalent
- 3+ years' of working experience in sourcing, preferably in IT or telecommunication sector
- Strong background in Procurement and Supply Chain along with the understanding of National and International Procurement Regulations
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proficiency in contracting for managed services and cloud services
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus
Your tasks:
- Participating in development and implementation of the category strategy, utilizing Strategic Sourcing processes, tools and policies
- Managing relationship with business Partners and Stakeholders to integrate category plans and outcomes in local budgets and price planning
- Performing supplier risk analysis and develop Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models to identify improvement opportunities
- Preparing and negotiating contracts to ensure the most beneficial commercial agreements
