Support level 1 with ITIL certification wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector. Your experience/skills: 3+ years' of relevant working experience with banking systems and business flows ITIL certification or good understanding of the ITIL framework Experience with MS Office products and SPLUNK Knowledge of messaging systems like Swift or MQ Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken Your tasks: Providing 1st level support Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support Maintaining database application in an analytical environment Working within a team of around 5 10 application support analysts Start: ASAP Duration: 12MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH11689 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
