Unix Technical Support Level 1-2 wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- IT support experience either at 1st or 2nd level, knowledge in access management would be advantageous
- Technical experience in Unix command line, SQL creation and execution of pre-defined queries using TOAD or similar access tools
- Familiarity with the use of LDAP and tools such as Softerra
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is a plus
Your tasks:
- Working in the access management support team for Security IT
- Creating documentation in form of knowledge articles
- Supporting data discrepancy remediation processes which ensure that Security IT meets its audit controls
- Supporting to define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- Maintaining a knowledge database for the processes being refined
