Field Engineer
A Field Engineer is required for a blue chip client of mine for a long-term contract located in Basel.
The Ideal Field Engineer will have the following skills and expertise:
- 2nd level support/workplace Support Ticketing System is growing, backlog
- Installation of Workplaces
- Cabling patching
- Ordering Computers/Monitors etc.
- Asset Management
- Network optimization (wifi Antenna needs to be moved)
- Mobile device Support, Ipad Iphone issues
- Project Uniflow: exchanging 32 Printers
- Access to Cisco IOS is needed
- Answering Hotline Calls
