Securities TOFF Trading support L2 wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector. Your experience/skills: 3+ years' of relevant working experience with banking systems and business flows Solid experience with SPLUNK, PL1 with DB2 and IMS, as well as the competency to solve problems ITIL certification or an understanding of the ITIL framework along with knowledge of JAVA or MQ Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is advantageous Your tasks: Managing communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams Acting as a leader during major incidents as well as supporting to engage other teams Ensuring excellent quality within software delivery and integrate knowledge from application development teams Conducting incidents through to resolution including investigating complex problems Performing out of-hours work as required within a compensated and pre allocated shift to provide support for application deployments and support of critical batch jobs and overseas businesses Start: ASAP Duration: 12MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH11690 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
