1st/2nd Level Application Supporter wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Working experience in business application, preferably in insurance sector
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team-player
- Good communication skills along with service-orientated mindset
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting of business application within shared Application Services and Operations
- Ensuring Customer Service for 1st and 2nd level support activities
- Being responsible for the execution and automation of service requests
- Monitoring of incidents and service requests
- Developing and reviewing support processes with focus on client satisfaction
