System Engineer (Gemalto Luna HSM/Safenet)

On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious banks, we are looking for a System Engineer with proven experience working on Gemalto Luna Hardware Security Modules (ex. Safenet). For this 3 months contract (with strong possibility to extend) position based in Zürich, our client is looking for an English speaking candidate, who can as soon as possible.

Business area:
You'll be working in the Data Protection Engineering team in Zürich. Our role is to design, engineer, deploy and maintain global solutions for protecting the bank from losing critical and sensitive data. They help by consulting on Data Protection topics, constantly challenging the status quo and providing a secure environment for our business divisions.
Key responsibilities:
- evaluate, plan and integrate technical infrastructure solutions
- guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance
- analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures (you've got a good eye)
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to work towards global IT solutions
Essential skills and experiences:
- 5+ years of system architecture and engineering skill
- proficient skills in C++ programming (experience in programming with cryptographic APIs a plus)
- proven working knowledge of Gemalto Luna Hardware Security Modules
- good working knowledge of Red Hat Linux and/or Windows Server
- Fluent in English
