Beschreibung

For a global bank based here in Zürich we are looking for an Access to join a project for 3 months.

Are you passionate about bringing systems to life? Do you have the drive to innovate? We're looking for someone like that to help us enhance our MS Access and tableau based operational risk reporting.

The Job:

  • Enhancements to the current database, ie the data model, table structure and setup
  • Automation of data import feeds to the database and data processing via scripts
  • A script based database maintenance GUI, allowing adjustments in specific tables
  • Auditable access controls for the tableau reporting
  • Divisional, functional, regional, legal entity and other dynamic reporting views of operational risk issues
  • Reporting views in tableau for status tracking & trend monitoring for regulatory actions, audit issues and self-identified issues
  • Test unit and integration of MS Access database and tableau reporting components
  • Support the GRC ORM function in resolving high-priority defects and deploying fixes to issues with the current database and tableau reporting
  • Make sure that produced code is secure, stable and operational before handover to the Software Component Manager
  • Manage versions of software and document data model, database tables and scripts

We are looking for candidates with:

  • data model and database design, amongst others specifically in MS Access
  • Scripting and GUI design for MS Access databases
  • tableau reporting, nice to have
  • large-scale enterprise, object-oriented design experience
  • knowledge multithreaded solutions
  • strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure stuff out)
